I wish to write in regards to my recent experience with Property Surveys
Devon.
I initially dealt with a lady called Annie I explained my circumstances and requirements, I am based in London and the property which I am buying is in Plymouth . Annie was wonderful from liaising with my Estate Agent and allowing me to be around during the start of the survey
I am a complete novice and this is my first property purchase and had a few questions I wanted to ask whilst in the property myself with a professional.
I had already had a survey completed but wasn’t happy with the content or service from another company and therefore chose to have another survey.I met a gentleman named Phill at the property who was extremely polite and professional and allowed me to express my concerns what with being a first time buyer and unsure what in particular to look out for . Phill was fabulous and allowed me to ask him question as well as advising me on a few things i wasn’t sure of . I received my survey report within 48 hours .

10/10 service and availability and a thorough report answering many questions in regards to my new home .

I found the report (homebuyers) to be worded plainly and with no
unnecessary jargon. There are plenty of photographs to support any
findings along with explanations.
The level of detail in the report was high, containing checks I had not
expected, overall I get am impression of a very thorough job.
The cost was slightly more than I intended to pay but other reviews
convinced me it was worth the money, I would recommend their services.
