How Invoices are Calculated
Invoices are calculated using lead 'tokens', and the number of lead tokens used is shown on your invoice.
A Standard lead = 1 token, and a 'Premium' lead (e.g. for a Building Survey) has a higher token value, e.g. 1.2575 tokens.
Thus a standard lead token value of £3.30 would give a premium token value of £4.15
The token value of the lead is stored for each search, and is displayed in the Your Leads report in your control panel.
At invoice run rime, our system adds all the token values together, deducts any credits applied during the period, and calculates the £ value of the invoice.
This is why, unless you are only receiving 'Standard' leads, the number of lead tokens on your invoice will not match the number of leads you have actually received. If you are receiving 'Premium' leads (e.g. for Building Surveys) the number of lead tokens will exceed the number of leads sent.
You can easily check the number of leads and the value using the Your Leads reporting tools in your control panel.
