Very good site for when you have no idea who to contact. We had a choice of firms and the one we picked was very helpful before and after the report was carried out. Excellent surveyor. We would recommend the site and chosen surveyor to anyone.

Excellent professional advice and report

Various Surveyors came back to me quickly over the weekend and I chose the one that had clearly read my concerns. She was able to conduct the survey that week and a few days later received the report.

A good service

Really easy to use, gave us access to plenty of quotes from which it was easy to choose the best one. The surveyor we ended up going with was the cheapest but did a fantastic job.

Woods Surveyors were easy to communicate with, provided a bespoke service whereby i only paid for the reestablishment valuation, rather than a full blown valuation which seemed to be the norm. Service and report were quick and efficient. Wold recommend them

My enquiry resulted in immediate emails and phone calls from several companies. Some of them very persistent before I’d had chance to review the quotes. Some companies seemed to drop the price quite sharply, and offer ‘special offers’, which somehow made me feel they were more gimmicky and call centre sales companies, rather than professional surveyor firms who do a proper job, which is what I really want.

Got o list of Surveyors, quickly arranged for one of them to make the valuation and got a good price!

Routledge Surveyors produced the best survey we have ever had. They responded promptly to our enquiry, made clear when they would be able to undertake the work, did so as agreed and offered a brief preliminary report on the day. The full report came very soon afterwards. It was detailed, concise, clear and offered helpful suggestions for us to follow up. Super.

Used the RICS website to find a local surveyor. Before I could look at the outcome I was bombarded by emails from surveyors wanting me to choose them. All I wanted was a list that I could look at and make a choice or further enquiries as necessary.

The survey has yet to be carried out. That said, thus far the process has been excellent, friendly, efficient and prompt. Extremely satisfied thus far.
