Offering Different Pricing on Different Postcode Areas
You may wish to offer different pricing in different postcodes, e.g. lower prices for local districts, and higher prices for further off postcodes which involve additional travel time/cost.
Step 1 - To offer different pricing in different postcode areas you will need to start off by adding an additional office to your account for each set of prices / postcodes. This need not be a physical office with its own address, but a 'virtual' office simply to allow you to assign services, prices and postcodes. If it is a virtual office, we recommend giving it a notional name to differentiate it in your control panel.
Remember that leads are sent to the email address for the office to which the postcodes are assigned. If you want all leads sent to a single email address, you can use the same one for all offices.
Step 2 - You then need to add the services you wish to offer through each office, and set the prices accordingly.
Step 3 - Then, from the Manage Postcodes page, unassign from your primary office the postcodes you wish to transfer, and reassign them to your new office(s).
Now leads for the services / postcodes assigned to office A will show one set of prices; leads for office B will show the alternative prices for the services / postcodes assigned to it.
