We have been established since 1975 and are a RICS regulated practice. Whether a Building Survey or HomeBuyers Report it is written in plain English. If there is anything you wish to bring to our attention or require advice on, we will assist/comment where possible or practical within the scope of the works. You will be able to discuss the survey in detail with the professional surveyor who prepared the report. Other services include, All Surveys, Condition reports, Valuations, Structural reports, Party wall matters, Design and Planning. There are no additional costs, our fees are fixed once the instruction is taken.
