Nigel's report was very detailed and laid out in a manner I could easily understand. He sent the report to me 2 days after completing the survey which was amazingly quick. He then arranged a phone call for a few days later where we talked through the survey together. I can't express enough how pleased I am with his service, particularly as he was offering a full RICS buildings survey at a very competitive price! Absolutely will be recommending to my friends. Thanks Nigel :)

Excellent service - Nigel did a very comprehensive survey of a property we were interested in. He was able to do the survey with a short lead in time, was very thorough and good value.

Building Survey

Can't recommend highly enough! Required a building survey on a property that I was in the process of purchasing to ensure there were no nasty suprises. Nigel kindly took on the Job at short notice and I received a prompt thorough review of the property along with a detailed report. Nigel also took the time to discuss his findings with me regarding a certain issue that he discovered. Very pleased customer.
