Great end-to-end experience with John!

We have just used Ajenda TDD for our Level 3 Building Survey and have been thrilled with the level of service provided by John. He responded very quickly to all our email queries, provides a very reasonable quote for his services and is flexible with dates, and keeps you well informed throughout the survey process, with a summary on the day of survey before sending the full report swiftly in the following days.

The level of detail covered in the report was extremely helpful for our property purchase (as we have taken a risk with a real do-er upper!), and we were hugely grateful for the break-down and recommendations provided!

I would not hesitate to recommend John to friends and family in the future!

I was looking for a residential survey done and John came through with a great timely report. Lots of detail and photos and general advice that I believe goes beyond what other surveyors do.

We used John Endersby from Ajenda TDD for a Homebuyers Report. We are so glad we did. Right from the start, John was prompt, communicated well and was very efficient. We met on site to discuss a couple of areas we wanted him to look at, then left him to it. Within hours, we got a highly detailed email giving an overview of the house and a list of minor points. Far more than the telephone call we had expected. The written report followed, highly detailed, packed with photos. Provided advice and suggestions. A really professional job from someone with many years of experience. I would highly recommend him.
