Welcome to Edward Shepherd Associates. We are a small, family run business, conducting building surveys regulated by the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors. Our company team encompasses contruction experts specializing in building surveys as well as party wall surveying. We have helped numerous residential amd commercial property owners draw up Party Wall Agreements. Our building surveys are conducted and a report is issued within 2 working days (sooner if required). Level 2 survey
Edward provided a very detailed report, Clare was super helpful over email and replied quickly to questions I had following the survey. Good value for money would recommend.
Poor Level 3 Survey
I had Edward round for 2 houses, on the first occasion he was more thorough, for the 2nd property, he failed to identify numerous problems and when I tried to contact onm multiple occasions to no avail. Waste of money, do not use.
Level 3 Survey
From the very beginning outstanding professionalism. Surveyed the property within a week of booking, the report also following within a week. The report itself is comprehensive, logical, easy to understand. Full of photos and necessary recommendations. This has saved me a lot of money! Also just as a minor point of note this was the cheapest quote (although that was not the reason for selection). Thoroughly recommend!
Level 3 Survey
The company provided a full Level 3 survey for me at a competitive price and did respond to my queries post survey on the same day. The report was back to me in under a week. They also provided some suggestions for companies I could contact to do further investigation where necessary. I would certainly use again.

Level 3 Survey
Edward provided a very useful and comprehensive report of the survey caried out. The report contained plenty of advice and identified any areas of concern. I asked some supplementary questions and Edward was able to provide clarification and further advice where needed. Very happy with the service offered.
Survey Level 3 Report
I wanted a survey Level 3 for the property I am going to buy. The prices of Edward Sheperd Associates were the cheapest and I was very happy with all our communications, job he did in the property the details of this report which I will use to reduce the purchase price as many and important repairs has derived which I would have no idea had I not requested this survey.

Lack of professional relationship
Edward Shepherd completed a Level 3 survey for me and after receiving the report he constantly failed to respond to any requests for further information about the report. Very disappointing.

Good report but then disappeared off the face of the earth
Edward Shepherd provided us with a good detailed report which we were able to book in quickly, but then never responded to follow-up emails and hung up on my phone calls. It seems like once they've got your money and done the survey, they wash their hands of you. Disappointing.
