Excellent detailed surveys provided at a competitive price.
Have had 2 completed over the last 4 months. Both highlighted problems that I did not see with the naked eye and enabled me to make informed decisions about the properties in question.
I thoroughly recommend Tom to anyone who is purchasing a house which is over 10 years old.

We instructed Tom to do a Homebuyers survey. He was very quick at replying to emails to organise the survey. He got the report out to us the same day as the survey which was very much appreciated. Would recommend.
