We also advise you on the repairs. We spend about 3 to 4 hours on a full property inspection. We are members of RPSA (Residential Property Surveyors Association) Accredited members of SAVA (Surveyors and Valuers Accreditation) and RICS and we are fully qualified and accredited building surveyors.

We are experienced residential surveyors and can provide the following services:

Building Surveys, Historic and Listed Building Surveys, HomeBuyer Surveys, Single Defect Surveys and Snagging Reports for new properties. We only carry out one survey per day so we can concentrate on providing a personal service. Our reports are written in plain English with explanations if jargon is used. We also include on average of around 40 photos in reports so you know exactley what we are referring to in the report. We are not the cheapest but we regularly receive excellant feedback on our service. Call us for a quotation or a discussion about what you need.
