Reviews
Highly Recommended
Jake Rainsbury: Top man. I actually used to work in the Construction Industry, but Jake spotted things in his survey that I missed and potentially saved me from buying a house with some pretty nasty issues. Well presented report, at a sensible price. Highly recommended.
Brilliant surveyor
I chose Jake out of several surveyors in the Carmarthen area based on his good reviews from previous customers, so its only right that I also add my experience of using his services. I asked him to do a survey on a property that I had had a offer accepted on and I am so glad that I did. This man has saved me thousands!! He went through the place with a fine tooth comb .On his inspection he came across many serous issues with the property that would cost in excess of £100,000 to rectify. Needless to say we were disappointed as we had no choice but to pull out of the purchase.
Jake is not only brilliant at his job but he is a very friendly person to do business with.
If you are looking for a surveyor with a fast, reliable and friendly service, I highly recommend Jake Rainsbury.
Efficient and Professional
It was easy to find a surveyor in an area we are not familiar with. Information provided from our serach about the surveyor was informative. Our surveyor, Jake Rainsbury, contacted us within 24 hours, he is very efficient and professional. He contacted our estate agent and all has been arranged to our satisfaction.
