Searchlight Surveyors is a small, friendly practice owned and run by Simon Dowse. Simon has been qualified as a Chartered Surveyor for 24 years and since then has inspected over 7,000 homes. Our overriding aim is to help you buy your new home, confident there are no hidden surprises waiting for you.

To do this we offer the following:

• A call or message (your choice) on the day of inspection to run through our findings
• The report will be with you next working day (except in exceptional circumstances)
• Bespoke "Action List" in addition to the report, showing all actions and repairs needed, in order of urgency
• Good quality photographs of defects with the report
• The chance to meet Simon at the property straight after the inspection
• Unlimited follow up advice via telephone or message

Please feel free to get in touch - we are happy to take calls/messages in the evenings and at weekends.
