Blackstone surveyors - and particularly Omar - are consummate professionals who recognize the true value in property and act with a reliability and level of trust that the rest of the property industry should aspire to. I have engaged many surveyors before and Omar was hands-down the best. Great service - very efficient
I got to know Blackstone surveyors via the RICS website. They contacted me on the day I filled in the RICS form looking for a RICS certified surveyor. I had my evaluation done the same week, I think the next day and had the report in a day after that! This was a really fast turnaround. The valuation report was very good as it described in detail about my property, prices of other similar properties sold in my area and reasons why they valued my property at the value they concluded it was. I would highly recommend them. Fast, efficient, good communication and comprehensive survey / valuation report.

If I could give 10 stars I would. Blackstone is a company with best customer service you can expect. As well the level of knowledge and detail in checking the house and report to us is at the highest standard. We understood the Home Buyer Report because it was written in a knowledgeable, comprehensive manner, very personalized as well, not just a boring standard one as some surveyors would write. From the first contact to the last we got best service, attitude and support. We definitely recommend them as they are the best! I am really happy with them and I know more about houses now. :)
Valuation report was detailed and relevant
Local Building Surveyors responded to my request for a Chartered Surveyor very rapidly with the details of 4 or 5 Surveyors. I selected Blackstone Surveyors I was very impressed by the Principal Surveyor of Blackstone Surveyors He responded promptly and visited and inspected the flat the following day His valuation report was detailed and relevant and was received within three days I can strongly recommend Blackstone Surveyors.
Excellent service
A hard-working and diligent company. Offered a next day site visit (albeit I couldn't make it!) and turned around the report by the promised delivery date. The report is considered, taking account of all aspects that might influence the valuation. Used for Target HCA valuation report to go with property sale. Thank you!

Great Seevice
I needed an urgent valuation of the property am buying. It had to be done over the weekend as completion was delayed on Friday due to lacking valuation . Using the services I contacted Blackstone surveyors, Ispoke to Mr Ali who was a great help of himself and he came on Saturday to do the valuation. I would recommend this service to everyone. Super Fast House/Flat valuation
Wow. What a service !! Lightning quick, 5 star !
I had a dead line to complete a purchase of a business. In the last minute , bank found & told that a survey hast to be done in the property to use as a collateral, to remove one charge .And I have been told by the bank its almost impossible to get valuation completed within short period, and I was about to lose my security deposit and expenses of over 20K .
But Blackstone Surveyors got this done within 24 Hours, and in weekend, helpful, friendly, . They work out of office hours too!, so impressed with the service which I never ever had or heard in the past. Thank you and I will use this company again and again.
RICS Homebuyers and Valuation
We cannot recommend Blackstone Surveyors enough. Our RICS Homebuyers and Valuation survey was competitively priced and completed to a thorough and high standard.
Blackstone were able to complete our survey within a few days of us making contact with them, and we received our report approx 72 hours after the inspection.
The surveyor made himself available by phone and email throughout the process to talk us through his findings and answer our many questions. He continued to offer his support even after we received his report.
Ultimately we decided not to proceed with our purchase of the property, but we will definitely ask Blackstone to complete the survey on the next place that we find.

Very impressed with the quality of the services provided by Blackstone Surveyors. The surveyor was extremely helpful and conducted the survey in a timely manner. RICS Valuation for Help to Buy
I submitted details for a RICS valuation quote on Sat 31st just before noon, and about 20 mins later I received a call from Blackstone Surveyors! I was impressed on how they came back to me so quickly on a Saturday. The other companies responded much later, mainly after the weekend. The service at Blackstone has been so excellent; fast, friendly and adaptable to our needs and circumstances. The valuation report came after one working day! I would recommend Blackstone Surveyors.
Lease extension
We got to know about Blackstone Surveys from a general google search and decided to go with them for lease extension and market value report. Surveyor’s introductory email was very transparent, professional, precise and to the point. The initial phone conversation was also very helpful to get a sense of the expected lead time to get a survey booked and get the final report.
We were very pleased with the work and the report. The report was delivered on time as promised. They were very kind to reschedule the date of survey and managed the communication very well. I completely recommend their services if you choose to get a survey done.
Lease Extension Valuation
I enquired with Blackstone Surveyors regarding a Lease Extension Valuation on my Low lease flat in Croydon. From that point they were very professional and provided me all the explanations to my questions in an easy to understand manner. They delivered the service very quickly, with minimal disruption and provided me with a concise report on my leasehold valuation.
Once the valuation was completed Blackstone were easily contactable to discuss to their findings and how I should approach extending my lease with the Freeholder. I am very satisfied with the service that they have provided and will be using Blackstone for future independent surveys that I require. They come highly recommended for the great service and for customer service.
RICS Building Survey
We had excellent experience with the Surveyor for our RICS Building Surve. Scheduling the survey was very easy. We were provided with a verbal feedback immediately after the survey was conducted to address any specific queries we may have had. This helped us move on quickly with the purchase. The full return report was thorough as well as provided promptly. The surveyor also answered any follow-up questions promptly and provided pointers for further investigations as well as relevant legal queries. Highly recommended!
Great service at great value
I ordered a homebuyers report and it was lovely to notice that a valuation was included in the price, and the turnaround was very quick. The director was very professional, called me once he had visited to discuss his preliminary findings and provided me with a comprehensive report a few days later. He was also very nice which was a plus! In the report there were findings which not all surveys would have found I am sure, so I am happy with the service offered and this was excellent value for money. He also provided the valuation and was happy to change this following any quotations sought as a result of the findings. Highly recommended. (East London)
Blackstone Survey
Outstanding in every way. Called them on Friday, come to the property on Saturday, received the survey report on Sunday. I had additional requirements in order to supply the survey to the shared ownership organisation as we are buying the property out. Blackstone listened to everything I asked and didn’t miss a thing.
