We have been undertaking instructions for over 20 years carrying out detailed RICS Building Surveys and HomeBuyer Surveys on residential, commercial and heritage buildings.

All our surveys are completed by professional members of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) .

We only need 2 days notice to undertake surveys anywhere in London and surrounding counties. We pride ourselves on being able to turn around your report within 24 - 48 hours. Our reports are detailed and comprehensive, undertaken by expereienced surveyors.

We tried GNP Structural Services after getting a poor Level 3 Survey report for a previous property, and we were blown away by the difference in quality between the report we received from GNP compared to the previous report.

Extremely detailed and thorough report with a photographic schedule explaining all the issues with the property.

Spent an hour on the phone discussing all the issues, and he answered all my questions and helped explained what my next best steps was.

First purchase fell through so used GNP again for our next attempted purchase and received the same quality of report and follow up call.

Andrew's thoroughness and professionalism is second to none. The service was quick, well informed and the report was incredibly specific to the property. The individualised service and attention to detail has been so reassuring to us as FTBS. Andrew even set aside an hour to call and go through all our questions, he explained anything we weren't sure about in a frank and clear manner and offered really helpful advice. We were fairly naive as FTB and we're incredibly grateful & relieved we chose GNP & Andrew as our surveyors.
Moving forward we will only be using GNP for our surveys (hopefully we won't need too many) because with Andrew comes massive peace of mind & the reassurance someone experienced, reliable & thorough is in your corner. The survey was worth every penny & very very reasonably priced too.

I used GNP Structural Surveys and was very impressed with their attention to my requirements as I needed specific advice on a period property. Their report was very detailed and they spent time going through the report with me so I understood fully all the problems at the property and how to correctly repair them. They included a very useful drone survey.

When buying a home, this is the surveyor you want on your side. Andrew's survey was extremely thorough, and the phonecalls we had afterwards were simply invaluable. He is clearly extremely experienced and understands where the building has issues and how to resolve them - both practically and financially. Tip: if you have a call with him make sure you're recording it, as he goes into deep technical detail extremely quickly and at length.

Survey request

I have a semi detached bungalow where I am changing mortgage provider to TSB from HSBC. TSB rules are much stricter and have asked that an MRICS or higher expose the frame by taking a brick out, look at it and put the brick back in Could you do it next week please? How much is it before we commission it? Thanks, Chris

GNP Structural Surveys were very flexible and accomodating after I contacted them for a last-minute survey due to another surveyor letting me down. As a first-time buyer, the survey process is very daunting as you think you have found a home, and you dreadingly await the results of your survey. Andrew (the surveyor) offered an extremely professional service. Not only did he turn the report around quickly, it was clear and comprehensive, and he also took the time to take me through it to ensure I was clear on everything he had shared. The process of purchasing a house can be overwhelmingly stressful! By far, Andrew took the stress out of this process, and GNP Structural Surveys most definitely have a client for life. Thorough and Quick turnaround

Andrew was immensely helpful in turning around a last minute survey of a property we were buying imminently. We were complete novices to UK property and overlooked the need to have a survey done, Andrew was able to carry out the survey and had a report in our hands 24 hours later. This allowed us to negotiate successfully with the seller and left us far more comfortable after the transaction. We will definitely continue to use Andrew in future as he takes the time to explain what he finds and is committed to keeping your interest front and centre. All over a wonderful experience.

We were told by our agent that surveys were not being undertaken or delayed so we contacted Local Building Surveyors and we had 3 quick responses. We asked all companies for examples and GNP Surveys came back within minutes with a very detailed RICS reports and a large photograph record. They undertook the survey in 2 days and we had the report 2 days afterwards. The detail and help we received was excellent and we were able to chat through the report with the surveyor who is so transparent and so knowledgeable on defects and how to remedy them. Very happy especially as we thought we would not get a surveyor before Xmas. Thank you.

Just to say an enormous Thank You GNP Structural Surveys. They were amazing. We were relocating back to East London and needed a surveyor to quickly inspect a Victorian terraced house. We thought the house was amazing based on the estate agents details, however, Andrew the surveyor made us aware of some serious structural cracking issues that had been hidden. He explained the process required as our hearts were set on the property, after further investigations we have found that the repairs will cost £80,000!
We just want to say a very big thank you, always use a good surveyor, it saved us our life savings, Thank you GNP and Thank You Local Building Surveyors.
