Excellent service!

I received a very prompt and incredibly thorough survey for a flat which has really helped considerably with the buying process - from the first phone call, I was given great advice about exactly the right kind of survey for the property and I'm very pleased with the detail of the final report. No stone unturned! Thank you very much to Paul and the whole team. Great price too.

Good service when you need a surveyor. Input your requirements and details town of property and start to receive quotes from surveyors. A number of replies were from surveyors much further away than the town where the property I was interested in is located Had an email dialogue with 3 surveyors re their quote and availability and a follow-up telephone conversation with the favourite who was contracted for the survey. Paul Stratful Associates who were fairly local, competitively priced and did a very comprehensive Level 2 Building Survey as requested with the full report (& invoice) arriving on the evening of the day the survey was performed. All very impressive.
