Mr Berenyi service was first call. He was efficient with excellent attention to detail and provided concise answers to enquiries. We very much felt we could trust him and would certainly use him again for any further properties. He produced the report within a three days of viewing which was exactly what we needed with tight time frames. Thank you very much

An exceptionally thorough and formative report. The best I've come across in relation to various properties over the year's in West London. His follow up support was excellent too. Very approachable guy and clearly cares about clients and has a passion for his work. Will definitely recommend him to family and friends. Wish I'd found him sooner!

HomeBuyer Report

Mr Berenyi was contracted to provide a HomeBuyer Report on a 4 bed detached house. I found him to be very amicable in his manner and easy to deal with. His work was completed in a thorough and professional way, and the report (which was submitted promptly) was both very clear and precise. At the end of the report there were several clear photographs which helped to clarify the various points that he had picked up and I found this to be most useful.

In summary, I found him to be a very professional and thorough surveyor and his pricing structure was both reasonable and competitive. I would certainly recommend his services.
