As a resident of Gloucester, I am your local independent RICS Surveyor and Registered Valuer. I am not just here to survey your property and send you a generic report, but to help you in fulfilling your property needs.

You may be a first-time buyer in need of someone to hold your hand as you buy your first home, or at a completely different stage of your life - i.e. upgrading, downsizing, moving areas, divorce, a landlord, or dealing with a death in the family.

I have been involved in property for over 25 years and have personally experienced all the situations above! I take the time to understand you and your needs in order to offer the best advice and support. Once I have completed the property survey you can either meet me on-site or have a full debrief via telephone or video call. This makes decision making quicker and helps bring the report to life - it allows me to explain any issues to you in more depth and means that you can ask me questions while we chat.

Knowing your unique needs and dreams helps me tailor a report that is written for you and about how you will maximise your property.

All round very happy with the Report and service

I used Tony from The Good surveyor, and found her to be polite and very approachable during our conversations on setting up the Survey for my property. She was punctual on the day of the survey and followed all the Government guidelines on Covid19 during the visit. All round very happy with the Report and service from The Good surveyor, she lives up to that name without fault.
