I contacted Clive and he initially got back to me in a very timely manner; and he was able to answer all my questions about his service in a clear and cohesive manner. He was flexible to our timing needs and carried out the survey very quickly. What was most impressive was the quality of his report. It was turned around quickly but was very easy to digest whilst also being detailed. The up front summary highlighted the key findings whilst the body of the document went into key details

Outstanding Service

I wanted a level 3 survey for a property I am buying. Very conscious of the urgency in irder to complete before the Stamp Duty holiday.
I searched around for surveyors and came across Clive. Where as large companies wanted in excess of £1000. Clive charged just £650. No only the value of the survey. He was proactive in organising the survey which was more details than I expected.
If I ever move again I wouldn’t need to look around I will be returning to Clive. The report was turned around in the same day as the survey which although usually takes 5 days. I was pleasantly surprised.
I highly recommend Clive.

Fast thorough survey

I contacted Clive hoping for a fast survey and he didn't let me down, not ordering a survey though my bank allowed them to do a drive by valuation and probably saved me several weeks. His quote was also competitive, his survey seems thorough, he used an extendable pole camera to gain pictures and information on the state of the roof and made good use of the presence of the vendor to gain additional information and insights.
