The managing director, Tim Jones FRICS, is a specialist in historic building surveys as well as having expert knowledge in all forms of construction. Tim understands how important and urgent surveys are for home buyers and aims to deliver reports five working days after the survey date.

Tim is also a RICS Registered Valuer and can provide a Valuation of your property as well as undertaking a Building Survey.

Tim also provides training courses on a range of Building Surveying and property development areas and is the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors trainer for project management.

Tim is a board member of the RICS Global Project Management Board.
