CRD Building Consultancy is managed by an MRICS qualified building surveyor with over 21 years of experience and is a RICS accredited firm with £1m of professional indemnity and £1m of public liability insurance based in North Essex..

We can offer RICS Level 2 HomeBuyer Surveys (excluding valuation), this will identify the obvious major problems and will be a non intrusive, visual inspection and will be presented in a standard format produced by the RICS.

We also offer Building Condition Survey Report, this will be a more extensive and will be a bespoke written report and can be more intrusive if access can be made available and allowable by the current owner. We can provide advice on repairs and give estimates on costs for doing works. We can also look and comment on what is involved if you are planning on extension or future refurbishment works.

We can also offer architectural design and party wall services.
