I contacted Thomas at very short notice to inspect a property listed at auction and produce a Homebuyers report. He was able to fit me in within a couple of days and called with preliminary feedback immediately after the survey. The report landed a week later and was incredibly comprehensive, covering even the smallest of details, allowing me to make a well-informed decision about the purchase.

Tom went above and beyond to help me, I have never had such a kind soul help me with a survey and i've moved a few times. Thank you Tom, and Alison for the organising. Would highly recommend this company, especially to any women doing this alone. Its grand to feel safe and treated with respect, Tom explained everything clearly and thoroughly. Best surveyor ever used.

I found the site to be easy to use and I received my quotes almost instantly. I asked Herongate Homes to do the survey and would be very happy to recommend them to anyone. Alison, who organised everything was extremely efficient, friendly and helpful. I met Tom, the surveyor at the property and was very glad I chose him because he proved to be extremely pleasant, very knowledgable and he was happy to take time explaining his findings to me. I would be more than happy to use them for any future surveys.
