Probably the best Building Surveyor in South Yorkshire and North Derbyshire

As a Chartered Structural Engineer working in South Yorkshire and North Derbyshire, I get to read a lot of survey reports on domestic / residential properties, and in my opinion John Allen is the best Chartered Surveyor I have come across.

The main reasons for this recommendation are:

1. John is very approachable;
2. He adopts a pragmatic / common sense approach;
3. He produces helpful reports with sound / practical advice and recommendations;
4. His fees are very reasonable;
5. He carries out the surveys, and produces his reports, in a timely manner.

Last but not least, I have used John on a number of properties I have purchased, and have recommended him to friends and family.
