Incredibly efficient service from start to finish

We used Lakelander Surveying Ltd for our recent home purchase. As first time buyers we had a few questions and concerns so decided to opt for the Level 3 Survey. Chris was incredibly professional and efficient throughout the process. He answered any questions we had and the report was incredibly thorough and easy to understand. On top of this it was also accompanied by an email explaining the main findings. The survey date was even pushed forward and we received the report 2 days after the survey was conducted. Great service from start to finish - would recommend!

Prompt and very thorough survey of the property

A very useful starting point. Site was easy to use and came up with two possible local surveyors. It was reassuring to know that by using this site, only qualified personnel would be listed. Following this we instructed Lakelander Surveying Ltd which provided a prompt and very thorough survey of the property. We were very satisfied with what was a detailed survey and the manner in which it was conducted - friendly and professional. Overall a very satisfactory experience.
