We do not use standard paragraphs, all reports are bespoke. Photographs are included in all Building and HomeBuyer Reports at no extra cost and all HomeBuyer include a valuation.Inspections are carried out as soon as possible after instruction and we aim to email all reports to clients within 3-5 working days, depending on the type and complexity of report. Christopher and Lynn were very professionally and ensured I was aware of timelines beforehand and when Chris was on site he phoned and let me know about the issues as he could see them before including them in a well written report. He did suggest an extra need for drone photography from a different company and allowed that company to bill me separately. Because of his report and these photos, the vendor agreed to a new price based on the repairs needed
