This is wonderful! Finding a surveyor was as easy as ABC. 3 companies came up on my first search all with very interesting prices. I finally hired one of them - Viking Surveyor and their service was exceptionally good. Though I am still waiting to receive my report which they advised ussually arrives via email within 5 working days. I am very happy as this site makes hiring hazzle free. Thank you for existing!

Viking Surveyors have been excellent

I had no idea of where to look for a surveyor as for the first time I wasn't getting a survey with a mortgage. Really simple process to use this service and an instant response from the surveyors that came up. Unfortunately several of the companies were really over the top with their contact with me, another refused to confirm that the building survey would be level 3, but the company I finally went with, Viking Surveyors have been excellent, no fuss, no bother, went through and checked my requirement for a level 3 was really required - very professional and very helpful
