We are an independent family run firm of Chartered Surveyors with 15years experience, based in Dorset, offering pre-purchase residential surveys across Dorset, Hampshire, Somerset, and parts of Wiltshire and Devon.

We are regulated by the RICS and specialise in RICS Home Surveys including Level 2 without Valuation (Formerly known as the HomeBuyer Report) and Level 3 (Building Survey) depending on the age and type of the property. Our surveyors will discuss your queries and concerns before the survey and will talk you through their findings following the survey prior to providing a detailed written report within 3days of the inspection.
