Positive Review

As a first house purchase I had no idea where to start getting a surveyor. I googled surveyors in County Durham and got a few options from Local Building Surveyors website which was excellent. I was able to find Mr Rand whose price was very competitive, plus he was able to provide the service in a couple of weeks and I very much appreciated his contact before the survey for any concerns about the property I had. Thank you.

Detailed & informative report which helped us to make an informed decision.
We would recommend Malcolm Rand & value his professional advice again.
We were pleased with the speed that we received the report, within the same day as he attended the potential house. Thanks.
