We particularly undertake many residential prepurchase surveys, the "Full Building Survey" being most often recommended to prospective clients who are considering buying a house or flat. Commercial surveys are also routinely undertaken when freehold purchases are being made, or new leases are being taken.

Currently we are involved with many party wall matters, both as " building owners surveyor",  " adjoining owners surveyor" and where possible "agreed surveyor".

A full range of usual building surveying services are also offered including defects analysis, structural appraisal and design, subsidence evaluation and repairs.

In the current financial climate we are also experiencing an increase in expert witness
