An independent RICS regulated surveying practice passionate about building surveying, conservation and sustainability. TLBC caters for clients across Worcestershire, Gloucestershire, Warwickshire, Oxfordshire and the Cotswolds.

With strong technical foundations, knowledge and years of experience  we specialise in residential and commercial properties, both historic and modern, including traditional and some non-traditional constructions. We use high quality equipment, whether it's for damp investigation or drone surveying allowing us to provide more conclusive advice.

If you need a condition survey of a property you own or manage, or require to establish its maintenance plan, or whether you need a pre-purchase advice and worry that a property may be ‘falling apart’, feel free to give us a call. Every property should be an asset, not a liability!

We can also provide a professional opinion on value of a residential property and prepare rebuilding cost assessment for insurance purposes.

Regardless of service you will choose, you can rest assured we will treat you as a partner. We offer quality work built on strong foundations of knowledge, experience and attention to detail, providing tailored report on each individual property we inspect. TLBC means Quality & Integrity and we are looking forward to work with you.
