Surveyor review
I don't have much experience with surveyors but they were clear about what I could expect from them and the limitations of the survey. They were able to make an appointment with the estate agent promptly and carried out the inspection as arranged. The report arrived two days later and was clear and simple to follow.

Happy to recommend after receiving my home survey back, I had a survey on a 1930s semi that we're buying in Manchester. The survey picked up on a few issues that we didn't know about like damp and condensation. We've now managed to get the purchase price reduced to account for the costs of repair.
