I recently had a Level 2 Home Buyers Survey carried out by Neil Aylin of N A Building Surveys Ltd, and I couldn't be more impressed. Neil did an amazing job, the attention to detail was outstanding, and his report was so incredibly thorough. He was so easy to talk to too, explaining everything clearly, which made the whole process stress-free. I did phone quite few companies for quotes beforehand and found his pricing very fair and reasonable, providing excellent value for the quality of service. If you're looking for a professional, reliable surveyor, I can highly recommend Neil. A fantastic experience from start to finish!

Prompt response to request. Identified needs and how these would be met through the report. Good advice which we could follow up on. Recommend Neil for future work.

House survey

Neil got in contact very quickly once I enquired and spoke me through it all on the phone and what to expect.
As a retired builder, he was happy to give us some ideas on what we wanted to do with the house.
The report came back quickly.

Neil was great to deal with from start to finish. Survey was easily arranged with my quite tricky vendor. Great survey, very detailed and helped identify a number of things I had failed to spot which is exactly what you need. Highly recommend Neil.
