We are a small firm of Chartered Surveyors, based in Dorset, with a good range of experience across the Residential sector.  We act as a trusted friend to our clients, not only ensuring that they  are fully informed about their proposed purchase  or building works, but also being there once they have moved in and have questions.  As independents, we are not tied to pushing a type or protocol, and our 5 star reviews are testament to that. Our ethos is to make time for people - and a chat over a coffee is often the best way to do that.

We’d welcome the opportunity to discuss your next purchase or project with you.

Please call or email to chat to one of the team.

Excellent, helpful and very personable, was happy to discuss the survey on the phone

Your company helped us to find Keith Gould of PFM Inspections who has carried out excellent building surveys on two properties for us. Both were extremely thorough, in the first he flagged up the need for a complete re-roofing, which led to us pulling out of the purchase, and in the second he confirmed that the property was sound and we are hoping to complete the purchase shortly. Keith is very personable and is happy to discuss the survey on the phone, which was very helpful. We have recommended him to two friends who have had similalrly pleasing experiences as ourselves.
