We specialise in providing valuation reports on residential properties for all purposes including for the redemption of “Help to Buy” loans, Shared Ownership sales & staircasing, probate, and divorce

Christopher Pallet Professional Services are long-established in the area and enjoy a reputation for expert local knowledge and friendly, efficient surveyors services. We combine traditional values with modern technology to ensure a high-quality surveying service to suit your particular needs.

Richard Allen, our principal RICS Chartered Surveyor, has over 40 years of experience in the local area, and expertise in a full range of services on residential properties. When undertaking surveys, in addition to emailing the report promptly, we also like to telephone the client shortly after the inspection to discuss the main issues.
