The list was comprehensive with a selection of well qualified surveyors. We required a fairly quick turnround and most could accomodate that. We selected Beeching Property Associates based on the initial response from Alex Beeching. Very helpful advice was given prior to the survey and all our queries answered and requirements accomodated. An initial assessment was advised the day after the survey and the full report follows in less than 5 days. We whole heartedly recommend Alex Beeching.
