Thank you for considering Kingsley Surveyors and Property Consultants Ltd. We are an independent local surveying company serving the South-East region and as part of our service, we are able to offer the following:

• RICS L1, L2, L3 & Snagging Surveys – We can assist you with all types of surveys for your new home whether it is a new build or a Grade II Listed property!
• A video conference call – This is an opportunity for you and the surveyor to go through the report in detail and answer any queries you have.  The surveyor will be able to share their screen and talk you through the report, and any questions you have can be answered immediately.
• We will provide you with the most comprehensive report available. – All of our reports are of the highest quality and include local searches and annotated photographs. On average, they are approximately 100 pages in total.
• We will provide your completed survey report as quickly as possible – We aim to have a three-day turnaround from the date the survey was completed, to the date it is emailed over to you.
• Our after-care advice means we are always on hand to provide support - Once the report is with you, or even after you have moved into the property, you can be assured that we are on the end of the telephone should you have any queries.
