I have been working in the residential property industry for the past 8 years and qualified to carry our residential building surveys. I am also a registered Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA) qualified to produce energy performance certificates (EPC’s).

My personal aim as a surveyor is not to deter buyers or devalue a property. I enjoy sharing my knowledge and helping clients increase their understanding of the property they are hoping to purchase. This includes understanding how and why the building was constructed the way it is, understanding the maintenance that will be needed for a specific property and to determine whether or not the property is suitable for the clients needs.
