Top notch and professional
I contacted Mark to do a survey for us on a house we're buying. They seller was putting pressure on us to complete ASAP and Mark was able to come out incredibly quickly. He was professional and regular in communication - I found this very refreshing. He kept me updated with times and dates throughout.
All in all, we were finished with a report in our hands in about 2 weeks. The report was well laid out and contained the pertinent information we needed, including specific references and responses to the questions we asked him.

Very pleased with the service
Mark Evans turned up on time, was very pleasant and informative, even when we bombarded him with questions! He posted a copy of the survey to me as requested, so overall we were very pleased with the service. Unfortunately we were gazumped on the offer we made (and was accepted), so the survey was irrelevent to us now. However we would certainly use Mark in the future as we a continuing to look at local properties.
