Planning and Building Regs

I don’t know where we would have been without the calm guidance Phil Routledge has offered us throughout the process of building our extension. From the first call Phil was professional, kind and patient and talked us through everything we needed to know and do. Phil is always quick to respond to emails and calls and will get you through the planning prices without stress. Couldn’t recommend highly enough and so glad we found him.

Very knowledgeable including requirements relating to listed buildings

We recently used the services of this company and were very impressed with the service provided. The surveyor Phil Routledge was very knowledgeable including requirements relating to listed buildings and produced a clear report very quickly. This was particularly important as we had a tight timescale for the survey. We would be very happy to recommend them to other purchasers.

Phil did a great job

I have instructed Property Surveys Devon to complete Level 3 Building Survey on one of the properties I am interested in purchasing. The report I have received was very in-depth and self-explanatory. Phil did a great job by thoroughly investigating the property, including a lot of pictures in his report and providing a lot of in-depth explanations on different areas. Annie always answered my emails swiftly and was most helpful when I had any queries.

The survey took place on Wednesday and the full report was emailed to me on Saturday, I did not expect this at all considering it was a Bank Holiday weekend. I am very pleased with work that has been carried out by Phil, Annie and Property Surveys Devon.
