Ryan produced a highly detailed well prepared report written in an easily understandable style. Highlighting any issues that should be addressed before buying the property. He also offered advice on matters concerning the property I was selling! I have no hesitation in highly recommending Ryan.

I was very pleased with Ryans survey report. It was very detailed and after sales support is also very good. He picked up several issues with the property that allowed me to negotiate the price down by a substantial amount. I would highly recommend him.
