I am a Chartered Building Surveyor and Registered Valuer. I have been involved in Surveying all types of Residential Properties over the last 23 years within Southampton, Fareham, Portsmouth and the surrounding areas. I offer RICS Homebuyer Reports and as a Registered Valuer carry out Red Book Valuations on all types of residential properties.

I offer a personal professional service from inception of the instruction through to delivery of the service and will provide further assistance as required to ensure the customer receives the service expected of an MRICS Surveyor who is regulated by the RICS.

Being a sole practitioner I am able to keep fees to a reasonable level and I have no VAT on fees making the cost of reports more affordable whilst still delivering the quality of service you would expect from an experienced local surveyor.
